Welcome to the Caseys Movers Affiliate Program (“Program”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your participation in the affiliate program operated by Caseys Movers (“Caseys Movers,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By registering for or participating in the Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the Program.

1. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain a valid Stripe or PayPal account for receiving payouts
• Operate in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Caseys Movers reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion.

2. Program Overview

The Caseys Movers Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn referral commissions by promoting Caseys Movers services using a unique affiliate link.

Affiliates may share their affiliate links through approved marketing channels including, but not limited to:

• Personal websites
• Social media platforms
• Email marketing
• Blogs or online communities
• Direct referrals
• Business partnerships

All referrals must be generated through legitimate promotional methods.

3. Referral Commission Structure

Affiliates are eligible to receive a referral commission of $25 USD for each qualified referral that:

1. Submits their information through the affiliate’s unique referral link
2. Books moving services with Caseys Movers
3. Successfully completes their move
4. Completes payment for services rendered

Referral commissions are only paid for completed and verified moves.

Caseys Movers reserves the right to determine whether a referral qualifies for commission eligibility.

4. Payment Terms

Affiliate payouts are processed through Stripe or PayPal.

To receive payment, affiliates must:

• Maintain an active and valid payout account
• Submit accurate payment information
• Remain in compliance with these Terms

Payments may be delayed, withheld, or canceled if:

• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• A move is canceled or refunded
• Duplicate referrals are identified
• The affiliate violates these Terms

Caseys Movers reserves the right to adjust payout schedules at any time.

5. Referral Tracking

Affiliates may track referral activity through their affiliate dashboard.

Tracking is based on available website tracking technologies, cookies, referral links, and internal systems. While Caseys Movers makes reasonable efforts to accurately track referrals, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free tracking.

Caseys Movers is not responsible for:

• Browser cookie restrictions
• Ad blockers
• Tracking interruptions
• User privacy settings
• Technical failures outside of our control

6. Approved Promotional Methods

Affiliates may promote Caseys Movers using ethical and lawful marketing practices.

Approved promotional activities include:

• Sharing referral links online
• Referring personal contacts
• Social media promotion
• Content marketing
• Business networking

Affiliates may NOT:

• Make false or misleading claims
• Misrepresent Caseys Movers services or pricing
• Impersonate Caseys Movers employees or representatives
• Use spam, unsolicited email, or illegal marketing practices
• Use deceptive advertising tactics
• Bid on branded Caseys Movers keywords in paid advertising without written permission
• Use copyrighted or trademarked materials without authorization

7. Lead Ownership & Communication

By submitting a referral through the Program, affiliates acknowledge and agree that:

• Referred leads become contacts of Caseys Movers
• Caseys Movers may contact referred leads directly
• Caseys Movers maintains full control over estimates, pricing, scheduling, and customer communication
• Submission of a referral does not guarantee a completed booking

Caseys Movers reserves the right to refuse service to any referred lead.

8. Fraudulent Activity

Fraudulent, abusive, or unethical conduct is strictly prohibited.

Examples include:

• Submitting fake leads
• Referring yourself for personal gain
• Using stolen information
• Generating automated or bot traffic
• Creating duplicate accounts
• Manipulating referral tracking systems

Any fraudulent activity may result in:

• Immediate account termination
• Forfeiture of unpaid commissions
• Legal action where applicable

9. Independent Contractor Relationship

Affiliates participate in the Program as independent contractors.

Participation in the Program does not create:

• Employment
• Partnership
• Agency
• Franchise
• Joint venture

Affiliates may not represent themselves as employees or official representatives of Caseys Movers.

10. Intellectual Property

Caseys Movers may provide logos, graphics, branding materials, or promotional content for affiliate use.

Affiliates are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use approved materials solely for participation in the Program.

Affiliates may not:

• Modify branding in misleading ways
• Claim ownership of Caseys Movers intellectual property
• Register domains, social handles, or business names using the Caseys Movers brand

All intellectual property remains the property of Caseys Movers.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time.

Caseys Movers may suspend or terminate affiliate accounts immediately for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of the Program
• Conduct harmful to the Company’s reputation

Upon termination:

• Affiliate links may be disabled
• Unpaid commissions may be forfeited if violations occurred
• Access to the affiliate dashboard may be removed

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Program is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

Caseys Movers does not guarantee:

• Specific earnings
• Continuous website availability
• Error-free tracking
• Referral conversion rates
• Availability of services in all locations

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caseys Movers shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Lost profits
• Data loss
• Business interruption
• Tracking inaccuracies
• Technical failures

Caseys Movers’ total liability related to the Program shall not exceed the total commissions paid to the affiliate within the preceding 12 months.

14. Modifications to the Program

Caseys Movers reserves the right to:

• Modify these Terms
• Change commission structures
• Adjust payout schedules
• Update eligibility requirements
• Modify or discontinue the Program

Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from the Program shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Oregon.

By participating in the Caseys Movers Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.
