I absolutely would NOT recommend Casey’s Movers!!! I would be VERY careful before agreeing to do business with them, as the owner will probably offer you the lowest price you can find, but that can come at a cost. We moved all of our things from upstairs inside the house, to the garage downstairs to make things easier and quicker for everyone, as well as saving some money as they would be doing a lot less than a normal move. Casey showed up with two other employees. One of Casey’s employees broke our marble table, not intentionally, but the table broke after he was grabbing things to load into their moving truck. The employee apologized and I knew he felt bad, but we told him it was alright as we assumed we’d get things resolved with Casey, the owner who was there helping as well. When I asked Casey what they typically do in a situation where they break a customer’s property, and please keep in mind, he’s the OWNER, he said “Honestly there’s not much I can do.” My wife and I were SHOCKED that the owner of the company told us there was not much he could do, after his own employee was responsible for our marble table breaking. The table is valued at $699 to replace it, which I already sent the link to Casey as he told me that my negative experience has ‘weighed heavily’ on him and he wanted to help resolve things. It has now been over 2 weeks since I’ve heard from him….it must really be weighing on him since he can’t reply and resolve the issue. He seemed like a nice guy until his team messed up, but I guess his true colors came out when his team made a costly mistake. Anyways, I’d hire with caution if you decide to go with Casey’s Movers and make sure you keep a close eye on your high value belongings that they move, but I’d avoid them at all costs. Pay a little bit more for better quality and a better customer experience.

When the moving company I had contracted pulled a no call/no show during the 24 hour window I had available to move, Casey's Movers stepped up. They responded to me within 15 minutes and had a crew at the house within an hour. The team worked efficiently and safely moved all my stuff, and they had a great attitude the whole time. 10 of 10, would recommend them.

One thing I want to add: during my move, I overheard someone repeatedly calling the crew leader and getting aggressive about them running behind. Appreciated the skill they used when wrapping the furniture, the walls and the tvs. Super shout out as the elevator in the building stopped working about 1/2 way through the initial loading- took it in stride. I hired Casey's Movers to swap a couple of refrigerators from my home and work. I was told that would be done for a flat fee. The movers that did the job were friendly and extra helpful. They had to take the doors off the refrigerators to get them through the doors. They jumped right in and took care of removing the doors and reattaching them at no extra charge. The fee was very reasonable and there were no surprises. I highly recommend Casey's Movers for your small or large moving needs!

Casey movers were great. We had them move our 3 bedroom house and pack our kitchen which was a huge help to my family. We have a 6 month old son so packing the kitchen had seem like a daunting task. They did a great job and nothing broke. They were prompt and timely and had great hustle. The owner was also great he was communicative and helpful. I was amazed at the level of service I receive for our move. I was updated as to the time they would arrive and what to expect. We had Casey, Ramon, Christian and Daniel. Very respectful of our items and ask questions so there was no miscommunication. We had a large move and they arrived about 9 am and were finished by 4. When they finished we were ask how they did and wanted to be sure we were happy. They are locally owned and operated so please support them if you have a move. Highly recommend this company.

Julian and Jake took their time to do the job right the first time! Things were well taken care of and I didn’t need to be there to direct them and I appreciated that as I had other things to take care of. They arrived on time and got to work quickly, plus my items were handled with care. Everything arrived on time and was unloaded and put in order neatly. I have another move shortly with them and I’m especially happy and pleased to know that I get these two again as they already know where to pickup and drop off. I found Casey's Movers while helping my sister-in-law with a big move a few years ago. Multiple large loads were moved into storage facilities, 5 of them!!

I used Casey Movers to move my daughter’s stuffed two bedroom apartment to a small Santa Cruz apartment, both with upper levels. The move involved stopping part way to Santa Cruz to drop off stuff at my storage unit and to pick up more stuff. The wrapping of furniture, loading, and unpacking of the move was excellent at each stage. Fast, efficient, and safe both for the furniture and the movers. The movers themselves were professional, pleasant, and focused. The team captain, Ryan, was calm, a good communicator, and flexible. So the move part went very smoothly. The cost of the move was more than reasonable — we negotiated a fair, flat fee that factored in flexibility for me and was significantly lower than the quotes I received from two of the really big moving companies. My move manager, Valerie, was very informative and supportive and addressed all of my concerns. A great experience. Thank you, Casey Movers!

Two guys with great customer service & skill in being able to move a three bedroom house in a timely fashion without ruining my belongings showed up for the day. No damage to my homes (old or new) or belongings. Fair pricing. And owners who value helping people out over overpricing ! I couldn’t say anything negative. When I move again, I know who to call and I hope you do too! I would love to see this business take off and receive all the blessings because they are deserving and reputable. Beware. This is a small company that over promises and under delivers. We engaged them for a job with two trucks and five movers. They under delivered on trucks and crew. They broke items that they claimed they would fix and then ghosted us after no-showing for an appointment to complete the repair. They did not lay runners on my white carpet and instead tracked mud through my home. Promises to come and clean the carpet were also unkept. Communication with this company is poor. Customers must repeat the same information to multiple people. Casey has a strong work ethic on moving day, which is why I gave two stars instead of one. Really wish I’d used a different company. The prices for Casey’s movers are not any lower than anywhere else.

We are so glad that we chose Casey's Movers to help us transition from our house in Vancouver to Kelso, Washington. They were so helpful allowing us to store our belongings in storage and their place while we transitioned from one house to the other. They were also wonderful delivering and owning any mistakes that they made as far as dings in the house and offered to repair them. They also replaced a glass desk that had broke and fixed a bed that was not quite 100% reassembled properly. Thank you guys for the wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

Avoid Casey’s Movers – Unprofessional, Unreliable, and Overpriced
If you’re considering Casey’s Movers, let this be a clear warning! Our recent experience was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.
We spent two hours on the phone ahead of the move detailing every item to ensure proper planning. Despite these assurances, they showed up with a truck far too small for the job—something they admitted halfway through the move. Their coordinator even confirmed that the larger truck we were promised had been accidentally booked on another job.
Somehow, with three workers, it took over five hours just to load the truck. This stretched what should have been a manageable task into an 8-hour ordeal, costing us $2,000. And yet, they only managed to move half of our 1,600 sq. ft. home. This was for a move of just 15 miles!
When it became clear they couldn’t complete the job, they admitted fault but then demanded more money to find a solution. This was despite us repeatedly stressing that we needed to be out of the house that day. It felt less like a professional moving service and more like a scam. It’s embarrassing we had to source another company last minute to finish their job. Learn from out mistake with Casey’s Movers.
To make matters worse, we discovered broken furniture once we started unpacking!
We’ve now called four times in an attempt to resolve this issue amicably. Each time, Casey has been unreachable. We’re still waiting to hear back for our “solution” with Casey.
If you value your time, money, and sanity, look elsewhere for a moving company!
Here's an update to the Owner’s Comment:
1. How can multiple trips be offered when no one even calls you back? When I called to inquire why only half of our belongings had been moved, the only response I received was, “Are you willing to pay more money?” When I declined, I was told they would follow up after speaking with the owner. However, I did not receive a call back for 48 hours, despite their awareness that we had to vacate the property the next day. During the eventual call, the owner dismissively remarked, “I heard we left a few things behind.” The crew did not offer to make a second trip the following day. Instead, they mentioned that if time allowed, they might make a second trip that same day. However, as it was getting late, they expressed doubt about being able to accommodate it.
2. I always tip employees regardless of the circumstances, as I believe they should not be penalized for issues beyond their control. I do not direct my frustrations at workers for management's shortcomings. Additionally, I never signed off on any final paperwork or conducted a walkthrough regarding damages, so I am unsure why this was mentioned.
3. I find the service overpriced because it cost $2,000 to move HALF the contents of an 1600-square-foot space, which feels unreasonable given the outcome.
4. This comment thread represents the most communication I have received from the company. The last time I spoke with the owner, I was told they would follow up in a few days. It has now been over a week. If the owners genuinely valued anything about the client experience, they would have followed up with a return call.
5. When I initially contacted the company, I even offered to provide a U-Haul as a secondary truck for the move, but I was assured this was unnecessary. Two hours into the move, were we supposed to stop everything because we were then told otherwise? By that point, it was far too late to make adjustments.
6. Prior to the move, I updated my box count to 60. While this was an estimate, it seems an exact count was required, as I exceeded that number.

Here's an update to the Owner’s Comment:
1. How can multiple trips be offered when no one even calls you back? When I called to inquire why only half of our belongings had been moved, the only response I received was, “Are you willing to pay more money?” When I declined, I was told they would follow up after speaking with the owner. However, I did not receive a call back for 48 hours, despite their awareness that we had to vacate the property the next day. During the eventual call, the owner dismissively remarked, “I heard we left a few things behind.” The crew did not offer to make a second trip the following day. Instead, they mentioned that if time allowed, they might make a second trip that same day. However, as it was getting late, they expressed doubt about being able to accommodate it.
2. I always tip employees regardless of the circumstances, as I believe they should not be penalized for issues beyond their control. I do not direct my frustrations at workers for management's shortcomings. Additionally, I never signed off on any final paperwork or conducted a walkthrough regarding damages, so I am unsure why this was mentioned.
3. I find the service overpriced because it cost $2,000 to move HALF the contents of an 1600-square-foot space, which feels unreasonable given the outcome.
4. This comment thread represents the most communication I have received from the company. The last time I spoke with the owner, I was told they would follow up in a few days. It has now been over a week. If the owners genuinely valued anything about the client experience, they would have followed up with a return call.
5. When I initially contacted the company, I even offered to provide a U-Haul as a secondary truck for the move, but I was assured this was unnecessary. Two hours into the move, were we supposed to stop everything because we were then told otherwise? By that point, it was far too late to make adjustments.
6. Prior to the move, I updated my box count to 60. While this was an estimate, it seems an exact count was required, as I exceeded that number.

This was our 2nd time using Casey and his team of excellent movers. One of the guys got ill during the move and Casey came out personally and filled in for them. Everything packed meticulously and carefully and even under the harshest conditions, did it all with a smile on their faces and never complained once. Use with high confidence.

Casey’s Movers are awesome! Casey’s assistant Stefanie was very helpful with scheduling and setting up everything. During the move Casey and his crew were courteous and fast and very careful with our stuff. They thoroughly wrapped and protected all of our furniture. Friendly staff but sadly coffee table damaged in transit and scratches on wood floor upstairs from moving bed. Unable to fix. Management disclaimed any responsibility. Also TV missing from our inventory after move. Suggest detailing list of everything transported.

I would highly recommemd Caseys movers. 2 guys showed up early, they were professional, did their job efficiently and in a timely manner. I was moving from a 2x1 apt across town and it only took 3.5 hrs. The prices are reasonable and they are easy to work with. It’s not every day that you get a free Hottub. I had no idea it was going to weigh in at a staggering 650lbs. After endangering my friends life and my own trying to move it. knew I needed to ask for help. Casey was quick to respond priced very reasonable. The team took care to not damage my item. The 3 guys we had do our move were awesome ! They arrived early, worked so hard (on a hot day), very polite , covered floors with runner and cushions on door frames . Careful with all furniture ( which they wrapped to avoid dings or marks). The move went smoothly and they would be the first to call if we needed help again!

Used Casey’s for a 2 part move where some stuff was going to new home and others going to storage and Isaiah and Mario were so quick and efficient with very careful handling of my belongings, 10/10 would recommend. The process was easy from start to finish and very budget friendly especially given the quality of service and care.

This is the second time Casey's Movers was hired for my move and once again they did not disappoint. Entire staff is fast, fair, efficient and courteous. They are great at easing the stress of hiring movers and moving. They will not quote you one price and charge you another, you will pay for the hours worked. Highly recommend!

Really so thankful I was recommended to this company! Casey was super helpful, very quick to respond and able to get me in with not a lot of notice- and also reschedule due to the bad weather with no issue. Casey’s Movers did a great job moving my houseful of stuff to storage in the garage of my new house. The house isn’t ready for move-in and it was amazing how they made it all fit in the garage. It was a Tetris like project and they nailed it! I will definitely call them when it is time to move it all into the house.

Casey’s Movers helped me prepare my house for a carpetlayer. A team of three moved furniture and boxes to my garage and a storage area downstairs. They were fast but always courteous and careful of my possessions. Several days later they returned items to the exact places I designated. Pricing was clear and scheduling was flexible. The operation seemed “neighborly.” I liked staying with a local, family-owned business.
PostScript: I needed them back a third snd fourth time for some additional work and they modified their usual arrangements to give me the most convenient and affordable service they good. They were fast and on time. The guys got us all packed and moved. Moving is never fun and it’s stressful. I’m happy they took some of that off my family. I hope I won’t be needing to move anytime soon but if I do then I will be calling them again. Plus they are affordable!

I did have to move again and I did call Caseys Movers. Again I was not disappointed that I called them. The guys were super friendly, respectful, and eager to help. Working with the front office is easy as well. I would recommend to anybody looking for movers.

If you want people that actually care and don’t look at you as a number, use Casey’s movers. These guys were awesome start to finish. They helped make our move as painless as possible. All of the movers were polite and professional. They absolutely crushed it and would for sure use them again.

Casey’s Movers was great! Casey helped me plan all aspects. Together we made a plan that worked for all of us and that took into account our needs and limitations. Everything he said his team would do, they did. Together we worked on scheduling and budget. The schedule went exactly as he promised it would and we came in at exactly the cost we agreed upon. My family’s experience with Caseys Movers far exceeded my expectations. Casey was not only responsive, polite and professional, he went out of his way to help us stay within our budget without compromising excellence ( and my use of the word excellence is no overstatement). He and his crew helped our family of eight pack two trailers for a cross country move, cleaned our house and ADU after we moved out and even helped us locate movers to help us unpack the trailers once in Michigan. Casey and his team were absolutely incredible! We had a horrendous experience with another set of movers, and those people consistently gave us misinformation, held our items up for over a month, and when it came down to it, gave us the wrong delivery time. Casey and his team patiently waited with us despite the terrible situation, and loaded everything up. They were on time, kind, respectful, and professional. When it came time to move our furniture into our apartment, Casey was so understanding and thoughtful throughout. We will definitely be moving with them again for all future moves! These guys are super quick and professional! What I thought was going to be a two maybe three day job they knocked out in 8 hours and were super accommodating regarding difficult to move furniture. They took my bed and table apart and put them back together in my new place carefully. They even unhooked my washer and dryer to move to storage for me. Shout out to Isaiah Mark and Michael, with them you know you’re in good hands!

Excellent moving service. Great communication, professional drivers, efficient and took great care moving my things ( 1 bed condo ) in only two and a half hours! Well worth the fair price for the ease of not having to move everything myself or with friends. I worked with Giovanni for the move from start to finish with scheduling and follow ups he was great.
However, I would Not recommend Casey Movers for the additional move out cleaning available. Upon my return to the apartment the first time it was simply not clean (photos 1-4) They did have cleaners come back that and knocked $75 off the price of the clean for the inconvenience, but even so I was charged an additional $200 by my apartments for cleaning services because it still was not up to par (photos 5-8). Just unfortunate that the service is offered, when it is clear they weren’t in a place to complete the job correctly.

Firstly, They arrived promptly at the scheduled time and began the moving process immediately. Both movers Mario & Jamal were very careful with all of our belongings and secured properly before transporting it to the moving truck. They also made sure to use the appropriate equipment and tools to move our furniture and appliances, which prevented any damage to them or our apartment.
Things I didn't like: The $135 Deposit that I paid to secure the booking was surprisingly converted fully into service fee in the invoice after the move.
I'd like to argue with Mr. Casey for sometime (which we both didn't like ) & got it fixed as there was a major confusion because no where the move contract mentioned any such service fee nor did they provide any written estimate despite multiple reminders/emails while booking. ODOT recommends to get a written estimate while booking.
They've taken my feedback and hope they will improve on the same, I wish Caseys movers the very best luck for the future.

Dealing with Casey was great! Three movers showed up on time and were extremely fast, cautious and friendly. The made sure everything was moved to perfection. I am super happy with their service and strongly recommend, especially for POD packing and loading.
