We’re looking for motivated, hardworking drivers/movers to join our team!
Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour / Performance-based commission opportunities during peak season based on booked moves and performance
Hours: Monday – Friday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Job Description:
- Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls (quotes, follow-ups, booking moves)
- Coordinate and schedule moves with customers and the crew
- Manage customer information through our CRM system
- Provide top-tier customer service from first contact through move completion
- Build rapport with customers and guide them through the moving process
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements/What we are looking for:
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Customer service experience (preferred)
- Confident, outgoing, and charismatic personality
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working with computers and CRM systems.
